Terms of use
These terms cover using puddleleafstudio.com, the free colouring studio and the digital books we sell. They’re written to be read, not skimmed past. Nothing in them takes away rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that apply to you.

1. Who we are
Puddleleaf Studio is based in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia, and run by Muhammad Husnain. Contact: [email protected].
2. Our products
We sell digital downloads: printable PDF books, activity packs, studio companion files and creative tools. Nothing physical is posted. Each product page describes what’s included, and we try hard to keep those descriptions and previews accurate. Colours on screen and on paper vary with your screen, printer and paper.
3. Buying through Gumroad
Checkout, payment and delivery are handled by Gumroad, so Gumroad’s terms also apply to your purchase. Prices are shown in US dollars; Gumroad shows the final amount and any tax at checkout, and your bank may charge currency conversion fees. Prices and products can change, but a change never affects an order you’ve already paid for.
4. How you can use what you buy
Your purchase comes with a licence for one household or one educator’s own classroom or small teaching group. It doesn’t allow reselling, sharing or uploading the files. See the licence summary and the licence file included in each download, which applies if the two differ.
5. Problems and refunds
If something is wrong with a download, tell us and we’ll put it right. Our refunds page explains how this works with the Australian Consumer Law.
6. The free colouring studio
The studio is free to use. It saves drawings in your browser on your device, so they can be lost if browser data is cleared; please keep your original downloads. We may improve, change or pause the free studio over time. If a .colourbook companion you bought stops loading, contact us and we’ll help.
7. Free samples
Free samples are a few pages from our books so you can try before you buy. They aren’t the full books, and each comes with a short use note that you agree to follow.
8. Using this website
Please don’t copy the site’s artwork or text for other websites or products, try to break or overload the site, or use the contact forms to send spam. You’re welcome to link to any page.
9. Activities with children
Our books are designed to be used with a grown-up nearby. Please choose colouring materials that suit your child’s age and supervise younger children. Facts in our books are checked against sources, but mistakes can happen; please tell us if you find one. Our books are for fun and learning at home and in class; they aren’t professional, medical or therapeutic advice.
10. Our responsibility
You have rights under the Australian Consumer Law that can’t be excluded, and nothing in these terms limits them. Apart from those rights, and to the extent the law allows, we aren’t responsible for indirect losses, or for problems caused by your printer, device, internet connection or other services we don’t control.
11. Law that applies
These terms are governed by the law of Queensland, Australia. If you live elsewhere, you may also have rights under your local consumer law.
12. Changes
We may update these terms, for example when we add a new service. The date at the top shows when they last changed. The terms that applied when you bought something keep applying to that purchase.
